Bengaluru, India (December 18, 2024) – The Karnataka Poultry Farmers and Breeders Association (KPFBA) and the Poultry Industry Association of Uzbekistan have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration between the two nations’ poultry sectors.
As part of this partnership, a delegation of five key officials from Uzbekistan visited Bengaluru from December 14 to 18, 2024, to gain first-hand insights into India’s advanced poultry farming practices and integrated farming models.
Canadian Delegation visits KPFBA | 09 July 2014
On 09 July 2014, KPFBA had a delegation visit from Canada to discuss the feasibility of Production of Electricity (Power) from Poultry Litter through Anaerobic Digestion. The delegation was comprised of Mr.A L Deepak, Trade Commissioner, Consulate General of Canada and Mr. Peter Harvey of IBI Group, Canada
Mr.MCR Shetty, Honorary President-KPFBA welcomed the delegation with a traditional sandal wood garland. The meeting lasted for an hour and it was attended by Mr.Fahad, EC Member, Mr.Vinod ( representing Nanda Group), Dr.Puttanaiah, and Mr.Inayath Ulla Khan, Executive Secretary.
